Bike arrivied well packed. The bike was a gift to my special needs son who can't ride a regular bike. Overall the bike was a great value and well built. The bike was not in too many pieces with some parts already built, nice feature. I only have negative comments about the instructions to put some of the parts together. They were poorly written and some instructions were written generically so they could be used with other bike configurations. The brake instruction was the worse! If you are not mechanically inclined you may need help puting some of it together. The front fender had a small dent as well but being a gift for a child who was dying to ride it I chose to not send it back and forego the hassle. My son love the bike! If not for the instructions and dent in fender I would have given it 5 stars.
