Easy to assemble, took more time to unpackage. Bolt on handlebars was very tight but I put the pipe for the bicycle seat on the end of the allen wrench to loosen. You don't need to be in shape to ride, go as slow as you'd like even though it's very easy to ride, more so than my last 2 wheel bike. Probably with the aluminum frame which I appreciate as it won't rust nor the stainless steel tire rim & spokes. I did buy a more comfortable seat - Schwinn. Many compliments but most of all it's fun to ride!
